Return & Refund Policy – Taboo Toys

At Taboo Toys, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the intimate nature of our products, hygiene and discretion are top priorities. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to used or unsealed intimate products for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Certain items, such as lubricants, sex toys, and dolls, cannot be returned once unsealed or used.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@taboo-toys.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will be notified via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
