Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Time:
- Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 15:00 will be delivered the next day (NL & BE). Alternatively, you can pick up your order from a GLS Parcelshop.
- Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: These will be shipped on Monday and typically delivered on Tuesday, unless you select the Trunkrs Same Day Shipping option, which ensures delivery on Monday (NL & BE).
- For orders to EU countries: Please refer to the table below for specific delivery times.
What happens if you're not home when the delivery arrives?
If you're not home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave your parcel with a nearby neighbor (rest assured, the contents of the package are private). If this is not possible, and the parcel cannot be left at a collection point, the package will be returned to the sender (Taboo Toys). We will then reach out to you to arrange a new delivery date.
Delivery Costs:
- Free shipping: Orders of €75 or more will be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Shipping fee for orders under €75: A fee of €5.95 applies for deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium.
- International shipping fees: For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping starts at €9.95. Shipping fees vary by country, and you can find the exact amount in the table below.
- After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with your order details and a tracking number for your parcel.
Our warehouse is based in the Netherlands. Delivery to most EU countries typically takes 3-5 business days, while shipping to Scandinavian countries may take 3-7 days. For countries not listed, please contact us directly for more information on shipping times.

Important Note:
- Orders to "MYPUP" collection points are delivered via GLS. Please note that Trunkrs shipping cannot be selected for these deliveries.
Deposit Permission:
We recommend against using the deposit option. In the event that the package is lost, neither Taboo Toys nor the carrier will be held responsible.
For Non-EU Countries:
We handle shipments with the necessary customs paperwork. However, customs and clearance costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Discrete Shipping:
We ensure the most discreet shipping possible. The sender will appear as "RGC Fulfillment Company," and there are no identifying details on the package. This ensures that the contents of your order remain private, making your purchase from Taboo Toys® as discreet and anonymous as possible.
Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally, the item you wish to purchase may be out of stock. Our website will always show if an item is in stock. However, if an item is unavailable despite showing as in stock, our customer service team will get in touch and do their best to deliver the product within 5 business days. If you're not satisfied with the new delivery time, we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
Orders Placed Outside the European Union:
Taboo Toys is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or other charges that may apply outside the EU. Any additional costs related to local taxes or regulations will be the buyer's responsibility. We advise you to contact your local customs office for information on taxes before placing your order.
Pick Up Your Order from Our Warehouse:
You can pick up your order directly from our warehouse without an appointment Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
